Short Biography

Yohan Arachchige is a committed Exercise Therapist who combines his enthusiasm for outdoor activities such as hiking and rock climbing with a professional focus on strength and conditioning. With 8 years of extensive experience, he specializes in training clients and providing long-term rehabilitation services.
His collaborations with physiotherapists and sports physicians have included working with various sports teams across disciplines such as rugby, football, tennis, basketball, swimming, sailing, and athletics. Yohan emphasizes the importance of Strength and Conditioning for athletes of all ages.
Currently, he is pursuing a Master of Science in Exercise and Sport Sciences at the University of Peradeniya. He also holds a degree in Psychology and Counseling from Aquinas University, which enhances his understanding of the psychological dimensions of rehabilitation. Moreover, Yohan is trained in sports massage and cupping therapy and has earned Higher National Diplomas (HNDs) in Strength and Conditioning as well as Physical Rehabilitation Medicine at the Sri Lankan Foundation Institute. His diverse expertise and comprehensive skill set make him a valuable professional in the fields of exercise science and rehabilitation.
